Chuck Griffith
Experience Design & Strategy Leader

Chuck is an experience design & strategy leader with years of service in UX, content strategy, and digital marketing fields. He is the former head of digital experience at Salesforce and previously served as a senior director of strategy at Cisco AppDynamics. During his years at BBDO as Experience Creative Director, he led the digital transformation for Emirates Airlines. Previous brands include Allergan, Amgen, Pfizer, Mastercard, Herbalife, Visa, Microsoft, Walgreens, AOL, NBC/Universal, Fox, and several others.

Chuck is an adjunct instructor at UCLA, teaching design thinking, advanced UX, and content strategy. He is an alumnus of Columbia University with a BA in English Literature and an MA in Education. Chuck has earned a certificate in Design Thinking & Leadership from Stanford Business School and certification in Generative AI for Business from University of Chicago.
